Our client is looking for a private B2B property listing platform to manage their real estate properties. The admin can create the property listing and create accounts for partner agents. Their partners can send a request to reserve a property and then receive approval from the admin.

The client’s vision is to create a platform where their admin can manage all the listings as well as the request to reserve a property from their partners.

MANAGE PROPERTY LISTING & PARTNERS' REQUEST


CREATE PROJECT
Create new project by filling out project details and upload related documents
The Create project page uses a single page form so that the admin can easily edit and have an overview of the information. Regarding the file upload, it is broken down into smaller sections since it will have its own place on the project details page.

PROJECT DETAILS
View project details, manage listing and publish project
After being created, the project will be saved as a draft. The admin will need to upload the property listing (by clicking Manage property listing) so that they can publish the project. The publish button (blue) stands out more than the Edit property details and Manage property listing button (grey) since clicking this button to remind admin that the project is in draft mode, need to be published.
MANAGE PROPERTY LISTING
Add property listing by downloading template file, filling out all the information and uploading the file.
To add a property listing, the admin needs to download the csv. template, fill out all the information and then upload the file. After selecting and uploading the file, the platform will open a modal that gets all the information from the csv. file. Admin can check the info again and then click Create to officially add the listing to the project. (The platform will automatically disable duplicate information)

MANAGE PROPERTY LISTING
Upload images, floor plans and assign for the property using them
At the Image library/Floor plan tab, the admin can upload all the images/floor plans and then assign selected images/floor plan for the properties using those files. They can select multiple images for multiple properties while only 1 floor plan can be assigned for a property.
PARTNER PLATFORM
VIEW & SEND REQUEST TO RESERVE A PROPERTY

CHANGE PROPERTY STATUS
Admin can click on the property to change the property status
After published, when their partner send a request for a property, admin can click on the property and change the property status to Reserved (approve that request) or change back to Available (reject that request).
PROJECTS PAGE
View project details, property listing and send request

Click on the project will lead the partner to the project details page (similar interface to the admin platform). On this page, the partner can click on a property to view all of its details and then send a request to the admin. After sending the request, the property status will be changed to Requested.
REQUESTED LIST
View the status of all the property partners have sent request and those have been rejected.
